AnalyticsExperts Support Plan Details:

• Login access to support ticketing and instructions for granting access to your account(s) is provided upon purchase.

• Initial email response to all tickets within 24 business hours, with continued email communication until the issue is resolved or questions are answered in a satisfactory manner.

• An initial response is typically a ticket solution, but may also be a request for more information.

• When submitting a ticket, you are welcome to request a scheduled support call with a technical specialist.

• Monitored normal ticketing support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (GMT -5:00).

• Support incidents are billed in 20 minute increments.

• The one hour support plan is valid for 30 days from date of purchase, the 3 hour plan is 6 months and the 8 hour plan is 12 months.

• Unused monthly time on annual support plans does not rollover to the following month.

• While we provide in-depth assistance on Google Analytics, AdWords and Website Optimizer accounts, we do not perform direct work on client websites or servers.

• Please understand that support plans from AnalyticsExperts are to help answer specific questions, resolve targeted issues, or provide basic analysis.
