Google Analytics Profile Settings Greasemonkey Script for Firefox
Have you ever been viewing a report page in Google Analytics and tried to edit the profile settings? You need to go all the way back to the account settings page, find the profile you were working with and edit the settings from there. Wouldn’t be nice if there was a way to edit your profile settings right from the reports page?
We’ve created a Greasemonkey script to do just that. Once installed, this script places a link to your profile settings within the reports page. You’ll need Mozilla Firefox and the Greasemonkey plugin for Firefox. If you don’t have Greasemonkey, you can download it here.
How to install this script:
- Download the .js file by clicking the ‘download’ button on the right of this page.
- Right click on the script, click ‘Open With’ and select Firefox. Alternatively, drag the script onto the Firefox icon on the dock (Mac users).
- Your script should install automatically. Next time you open GA, you should see the ‘Profile Settings’ link on the report page!
