On some occasions, Google Analytics will not display all of the transactions that were submitted to your website. Google Analytics has built in logic that eliminates duplicate orders, or what it thinks are duplicate orders. The logic weeds out any transactions that appear to come from the same visitor at the same time (via the visitor's cookies). This logic is necessary to reduce any double-transaction reporting possible when a visitor hits reload on a receipt page.
