Google Analytics does provide the option to set all the data in reports to lower-case, but this is only available on the backend and can only be configured by the Urchin Administration team.

Please note that changing this setting will affect your Goals if they have already been entered. Your Goals must be updated to match the new lower-cases. The best time to set the global case setting is when Google Analytics is installed on the system.
